I haven’t been able to get my K4 to work with Log4OMV2 (v.2.20.0.0) I had a K3 before and all worked together. In addition to the K4, I have a Flex 6500, both setup with Omnirig, Radio 1 (Flex) settings are Smart SDR, Com12, 38400, 8, None, 2, high, high, 500, 4000. Radio 2 (K4) settings

If you're using macros, there is a macro command (something like log_call, I don't recall exactly off the top of my head) that you can insert into your 73 macro to handle it. Also, you can right-click on the call sign and there is an option on the pop-up menu to log the call. Hope this helps.
