I should also state another good quick way to just lock VFO B is to hold

you can hold the RATE button to activate the LOCK feature. Because
you're in 'b SEt' mode this LOCK will act upon the VFO B area. Tap A/B

So I'm sure I'm doing something simple and stupid here but I can't
figure it out at the moment. I'm using LP100A-Plot and I'm having

and Kenwood mode seems to put the rig into TX but no smoke goes out the

Strange operation here... AGC-S seems to work as it should and AGC-F as
expected but if I turn AGC off my rig does silent. I'm still able to
see the S-meter swinging to the signal that I was listening to.
Current settings are as follows:
AGC Decay = Soft
AGC Hold = 0.00
AGC Pulse = Normal
AGC
almost no audio
with AGC OFF.
Hope it's as simple as that ?

Interesting.. Mine seems to be working as it did before. I just tied
it on a few AM stations near 40. Got in the area in LSB got it setup
with the carrier in my window hit the button and poof gone.
I then found another tone that seemed to be drifting back and forth a

This is sorta already there if you have multiple roofing filters. You
can define the gain that is added when each filter kicks in.

I don't see what you're talking about here at all.. Honestly looking at
that picture I see this thing as optimized for placement on the right
side of the K3. That gives you easier access to the select knob and the
buttons along the right side. Hell if all else fails you can set the
thing on top
I've been told to look in the 600 to 800 price range...

Not saying I'd do it. (and I'm not with the 8 filters I have in my
radio) but one can if thats what they wish to do.
