That question should have been thought out before you installed the new one. I assume same org? Is Exchange running in Native mode? Are they in the same Administrative Group (think 'site' from 5.5)? Can you move the mailboxes to the new server? -right click on a user -Exchange

In Exchange System Manager, I just wanted to ensure both servers are there, one directly above the other in the admin group. If so, then you can move the mailboxes in AD Users and Computers. This requires patience as their mailboxes will not be available during the move and AD replication will
