Recently, just bought the powerful new server as the new exchange server.
And just been install and up already.
so how to transfer the existing exchange user (Exchange 2000 ) to the new
server (Exchange 2000)?

In Exchange System Manager, I just wanted to ensure both servers are there,
one directly above the other in the admin group.

requires patience as their mailboxes will not be available during the move

software exists that can check each piece of incoming E-mail for spoofing and
then not pass it to the recipient if it is? Whether the From: or To: is spoofed
or the DNS name is not a known host name just send it to the Badmail directory.

you talking about delegating permission to AD objects (security/permission
related and done through ADUC)?
Or are
you talking about delegating a DNS zone to another server (not security related
and done via the DNS snapin)?

DNS is
setup as company.com with a subdomain called au. This subdomain is
au.company.com. we want Admins in AU to be able to work with the records in
au.company.com but not be able to touch

is no delegation wizard *in DNS* to do this, so you may first want to check the
delegation you did before and ensure that you didn't transfer the zone to
another server.
