We may be looking for software to help automate/standardise email signatures. Right now the legal text is appended by our edge gateway (as you'll see on this message), but actual Outlook signatures are set by each person individually. What's the best way to put in place a corporate Outlook

Thanks. That's certainly one option as are transport rules when we upgrade. It would be nice if there were some way of automating it as an Outlook signature though, my gut instinct is that people like to see what will go on their messages if it's relating to them vs. a blanket corporate disclaime

Exchange 2003 sp2 on an SBS a separate 2003 server running BES 5.01. I can get more specific with versioning, if it's necessary, but all patches are current to October's patch Tuesday. Intermittently, appointments stop synching with BB's. My solution to date has been to restart the BES. One of

If you're just looking for simple header information (To:, From:, Subject, Size, Date/Time) you can screen capture the results from message tracking and print those, although that's an ugly solution. If you need the entire messages, you'll need something like Exmerge to dump to content to PSTs. -
