I have been using Patterson beams for many years now but in
finmac2007 they don't seem to work so well. I should like to know if
I am alone on this or have others found similar problems.
Firstly, I have to display the score in concert pitch first and then
apply PB, otherwise the result is v

Happened to me a couple of times before I figured out that there was
one last page with a final "submit question" after I had clicked what
I thought was the last of those.
Navigate through the process again and see if maybe that was the
problem.

Ah -- you know, I hadn't even thought to look at the arrow keys. It's
just too bad the fn key is on the other side of the laptop keyboard

In this context "setting" could mean "Satz" as in "Notensatz."
but "setting" does indeed suggest arrangement.
A better term would be "music typesetting." That will keep the word "setting" but give
the proper meaning. Will they accept "Music typesetting"?

That's what I was doing, but something was going awry. It appears to
be working correctly now, so I don't know what the problem was exactly.
