Monitor was showing some larger than expected DPCs attributed to my NVIDIA

lines in the Windows sound settings. If one is set to 48000 and the other to
44100, your signal would not look so good. Perhaps you're unexplained
shutdown reset something. I keep both at 48000.

emails I have and found some on this topic but did not find a clear
resolution. May have deleted it at some time.
But, my problem is with WSPR. I had it working like a champ with my old
computer and earlier PSDR. Just swit

Just downloaded and installed fldigi. Using a Flex-3000 and PowerSDR
v2.2.3.
I have succeeded in getting fldigi to copy RTYY and BPSK31 very solidly.
However, I cannot seem to get fldigi to take control of the Flex via the CAT
control. When I go to the fldigi configuration screen for rigCAT, the

I ran through all the items suggested. Changing to the legacy driver seemed
