Well, I have done some nice landing gear, see A-10, A-6E, f14b. I didn't
use any maths for that. No nasal, no perl, no python... No maths
function from the FDM either. The XML interpolation
f-14b updated and in git, so it uses symbolic name rather than labels.

Hi all,
I just thought that displaying Flightgear and the aircraft version
numbers on the splash screen could help a bit the supporting effort we
do on the forum and the users list.
