You'll need an Airport (non-Extreme) card, and if you want to buy one
new, note that Apple have just discontinued them, so move quickly!

Anyone know where I can get one and what is a good price?
An Apple tech said using my Pismo without a working battery was not good for
the computer. Don't know why. The battery hasn't been working for so long
don't know. I use the adaptor constantly.
Thanks,

If you want to use the internal Airport slot, yes.
My iBook, router and base station are described below.
I found the latest update for this router's firmware but, knowing
nothing about PCs, I haven't a clue as to how to go about updating the

I went to the Linksys site where someone told me that there was Mac

I've got a 700 MHz G3 iBook (dual USB) with 12 display. The previous owner
didn't take very good care of it, and the U-shaped titanium bezel brace
inside the display is broken on either side of the clutch cover attaching
screws. The previous owner tried to fix things with SuperGlue. Enough said.

One more question on the RAM issue. What if I get the minimum ram, a

they be compatible? I don't know why I seem to have stuck in my head
the idea that your RAM sticks need to match. Any advice?
