I visited the two-rupee-a-pee toilet (near the Panjim ferry jetty) and
found it to be super-clean. Hope it will be maintained so. People
don't mind paying (for some services) if they get the quality. Even if
in percentage terms, the hike from 50 paisa to 200 paisa would seem
