USER MAINT, locate mini disk 123 thru 12n. You should see 510w04 some where
attached to a CUU mini disk. Try the cpfmtxa allocate on the cuu number. If

Look thorough all your directory entries for something like:
MDISK vdev 3390 000 cyl_cnt 510W04 MR
If you find an MDISK statement that begins on cylinder 000, and it's not
one of MAINT's full-pack MDISKS, then you have probably found the error.
