system crash part
As far as I know they give us a boot cd with a system whose hard disk
data is erased
Don't know hoe to go abt it.

I dont know about system crash(which is too general a term anyway), but
yes, they do give an unbootable system which you have to recover. Most
of the problems involve bootloader or

i came to know from otherlists that they redhat cas changed the exam
pattern, and now there is no Multiple choice exam.
