I keep a list (spreadsheet) of all user credentials. I keep a hard copy filed in the office. If someone forgets their password, they come to me, and I can print them off a copy of the login sheet they were given at the beginning of the year. I will generally change their password at this poin

In Fort Dodge, our teachers have open access to YouTube, but the students do not. However, Jeremy opened a "safe video" site for us through Lightspeed. Teachers submit videos to this site--and students are allowed access to it. Students are then able to watch submitted videos through the site
