Hello,
Did someone on the list used PersonalAlarm plug in for jaws? If so I
would like to know about the steps followed by me to add the scripts

Since I have running multiple versions of Jaws 12 and 13 on the same
computer, pressed Insert+0, then closed the script manager before

Hi friends,
I am pretty sure that there is a key combination that will make JAWS repeat

I haven't been using it much lately since it likes to frustrate me so. But
once I was looking for the control panel or maybe that programs/features

Are you searching for programs or files on your computer, or are you
trying to search for text in your files?
I seemingly can find most programs in my computer by just typing the first

When I search for anything, in Windows or on a search engine, start by being
as limited and specific as you reasonably can. Remember that Windows is

It is all about learning what terms to use. Use the language of the computer
and it seems to get really good. I'm finding that I use Search more and more

your computer will look for those.

need some clearification on using this thang. I know I guess it's geared to
try to figure out what it thinks you want to search for, but most of the
time it's results are all wrong. How do you tell it your in control of
Now that solution worked like a charm! So now I have it on my desktop.
Thanks!

If I understand the question correctly,, wouldn't viewing the contents of
the cd in Windows Explorer be the same?
When the cd is inserted, a dialogue should pop-up asking what to do with the
disk,
select, explorer disk, or view files, and the contents of the disk should be
in a list view,

you could try the following:
1. In the start menu search box, type in network.
2. If you press up arrow, can you find the programs header. If so there should
be a number in parenthesis after the word header. This is the total number of
programs that have matched your search - only some are di
