Totally inaccessible. I gave it a look, you can find the questions with the
convenient OCR but clicking one of the answers seems to do nothing. Besides
using the OCR isn't practical.

For buttons you can use the JawsKey F5 to bring up the list of buttons. I do
find that some times when nothing else seems to work this will activate the
button of choice.

You need to change the date format under regional settings. It should be,
short date d/m/ which is the one that needs to be set, long date format
