Good news. The SourceForge staff has fixed the Apache .htaccess DefaultType
override problem. All undefined file types should now download as binary.

I was just given an update on the Apache binary download problem we're
having. It is an Apache bug that's causing our problem. A site wide upgrade
of Apache is in the testing phase. When the upgrade is put in place it
