Is there any news if the web pages created through Legacy can be
easily added to Passage Express?
I think at the moment we have to choose one or the other, else I'm
doing it wrong. I'm still learning how to create web pages,
specifically for an autorun CD and learning Passage Express.

incorporate the web pages created by Legacy into it with no problems.

The relationship of a child to his biological father and mother is obvious
and is therefore usually left blank. When a child is not the biological
offspring of a parent, the Legacy database can record the status of their
relationship which is not the same as child status. Child status should

to scan or edit the photo. I always make copies of my photos for the Legacy
folder in jpg with a slightly reduced quality/size. This saves time and

I am trying to find the best way of including some tabular information
in Legacy.
I would like to include under the tab Notes for Baptism, Marriage,
etc., the data I found in Church Records. I would also like to include
the label for each fiel in three languages.

They are pictures. Generally speaking, they are in the C:\Legacy\Pictures
folder.
However, if you are like me, you probably have pictures all over the hard
drive. I break my photos up by dividing them into main families. "Carneal"
photos go in the C:\Legacy\Pictures\Carneal folder. "Thrawley" goe

which you have attached to events etc. in Legacy. They are where you put
them when you associated them with Legacy.

You can add the children normally and then right click on one when in
the Children Position and choose Children's Settings
From there you can add Child Status, Relationship to Father,
Relationship to Mother for each child.

You can cut and paste data with tabs into Legacy Notes and the tabs remain.
If you are typing in any Legacy notes you need to use CTRL+Tab to
enter a tab space.
If you have the data in a table, you need to change it to text with
tabs separating the columns in order to include it in notes

That sort of works, getting the format right is painful
The strange thing is that when you paste the text (tabbed or a
complete table), you get everything necely formated. After you save,
close and open again, all the formatting is lost.
I suspect this may be a bug...
