I bought Vs. 5 first then when vs. 6 came out, I bought it, but in my opinion,
there was very little difference. I actually imported one of my family files
back into FTM recently just because of the charts, and reports, I think Legacy
could do a much better job on this. I loved the Events
Thanks Ron, MSN didn't mention about replies, but...I didn't ask.

Jim,
Sorry it has taken me a couple of days to get round to it but I have now
checked your work having tested pretty well all the Gedcom formats with
sources attached and can confirm that in all the cases I tested a source was
added to the name Living on all the Gedcoms I tested.

Phil,
It's not a virus but a problem with the way the email was sent in the
first place. It only occurs with senders who use Outlook and who have
their Outlook set in certain ways.
The sort answer is that winmail.dat contains formatting information. My
guess is that you aren't using Outlook

It, and Pauls, included an adverisement, which perfectly illustrates the

I often question the validity of it (Familysearch.org) as well.are we
wasting valuable time on something that may not have much integrity anyway?
Not to knock it as an invaluable start - but I do have a very busy life and my

I came to the same conclusion. I've spent the better part of a day reading

To set default Surety level, click Options from Main Menu, then
choose Choose Customize, then Sources tab, then under Source Surety,
