Lennis, As someone else has said it is the printing of this list (View>Names) that is not working. You can get a name list, however, using Reports>All Reports>Address Labels and using approriate settingd of the items and format Ron Ferguson

Thought I might experiment to see if I have a similar bug as I've occasionally used the conversion to RTF. I generally use the Descendant Narrative and have never had any problems in the past - it has always been formatted correctly. However today it is all weird and wacky. Most of the formatting
