Thanks to all of you on LUG who have helped me with the Picture Center. I think I now have Family Files as sub folders within Legacy Pictures. It works really well. Love the Scrapbook!!! To all you others that are new to Legacy, I strongly recommend listening to the DVD's over and over.

Jane, Or just use the Sample file, supplied with all copies of Legacy - I do suggest that changes are reversed though, otherwise the file becomes a complete mess (not to mention that reversing changes is also good practice in using whatever function maybe under test). Ron Ferguson

Michele, My own take on this is to use English, with the names at the time of the Event. The reason being that Legacy does not support utf8 which is a requirement for many of the accents etc. I often do use the local language on my own web pages (non Legacy) where utf8 coding is supported.

Hi: I use the individual reports as a cover sheet for the individual, followed by the family report in my hard copy files. For me it condenses the information down to the main points, so I can see quickly the items or people under a certain person. I also used it for notes, especially for
