think I now have Family Files as sub folders within Legacy Pictures. It works
really well. Love the Scrapbook!!!
To all you others that are new to Legacy, I strongly recommend listening to
the DVD's over and over.

Or just use the Sample file, supplied with all copies of Legacy - I do suggest
that changes are reversed though, otherwise the file becomes a complete mess
(not to mention that reversing changes is also good practice in using whatever
function maybe under test).

by Charter.net (All I had to do was drag and drop the file onto the Charter
FTP window). The files DID upload and I can see them but...

problem. I am creating Legacy programs literally every day and have never had a

My own take on this is to use English, with the names at the time of the Event.
The reason being that Legacy does not support utf8 which is a requirement for
many of the accents etc.

with specific addresses in USA towns, but here's my 2 cents worth:
For places that I want to know exactly the address and that I want to
map to that exact address, I enter them in the long description
as: City - 123 Main
If I understand your problem, you just needed to click on the BROWSE
button and select the folder (or subfolder) lyou want to look in. If
you have multiple folders, you need to change the BROWSE each time you
want to look in a different folder.
