Thanks Mike. Sorry for the poor terminology. No wonder I didn't get a reply. If I click on the icon for the media gallery for the individual, I'm able to see the .pdf file. Not so in the Picture Center. If I click on the file in the Media Gallery, it will not open. Where am I going wrong?? Ed
