RE: how to into account the franch aspell dictionnary

I am at present using Lyx 1.3.3 with the qt version under windows, but I am not able to use the french dictionnary. The english dictionnary works fine, but I cannot find the way to put the french dictionnary into account by Lyx. I know that we have to put the same file in the lib and share folder

I have used Lyx with a Mandrake 7.2 box for months now and the bibliography worked fine. I have recently upgraded to Mdk 8.2 and it seems that the Latex preamble \usepackage{cite} is no more taken into account: citation numbered as [1,2,3,4,5... Both in new documents and old ones. Any advice
