Simon, first thing to check is to be sure the slide switch is in the up
position. If the iPad is in portrait mode, the volume rocker is on the right,
the switch above that should be pushed toward the top of the iPad.
If that is not the case try restarting the iPad.

Depends on what your upgrading. An iMac or MacBook/MacBook Pro is pretty easy
and actually the new Mac Mini is very easy. THe older Mac Mini is more

Editing on a Mac using VoiceOver is different than using Windows and a windows
screen reader. Some may explain it more effectively; however, has to do with
how the cursor behaves. Not sure about the characters in the document, but
sounds like a conversion problem.

I think it will depend upon the app. For example and this is probably not the
best example, but it comes to mind immediately. For games such as chess, the
larger area would be very helpful. Web browsing provides more room to navigate
and thus more info is displayed. THe brief play I had a while

Well think you have heard wrong. My wife and I both have these and they both
have been dropped at least once or twice and worked just fine. Of course if you
drop them from a significant height, well like most things it likely won't
survive.

Exactly Ricardo. I doubt very seriously they have any clue what his medical
condition truly is. As far as what would happen, I doubt Apple would change
course because they have to much invested at this point to just pull the plug.
Not saying it couldn't happen, just unlikely. So, relax folks.

I have not had any issues lately, but you might check to see when the last time
your Mac synced with MobileMe. I have not had this problem, so cannot offer a
solution, but if there is a problem with syncing in general, you might find an
indication on the Mac side.

You know Robert, before I moved to the Mac I used Outlook. I always ignored
those stupid return receipt messages. My logic has always been that if I need
to acknowledge your message I will and if not I won't. :)
