I use YouTube music. The reason is that I pay for YouTube premium for me and my
son so we do not see adds in YouTube. We watch YouTube a lot so it is worth it
for us. YouTube music comes with a YouTube premium subscription.

accessible, yes. The problem here is that Spotify uses Chromeium AKA
same as Google Chrome for it's webpage display area, and VoiceOver does

premium subscription and can use the connect menu. You choose your computer
from the list and it sends all control to the Mac or Pc app. However, if you

The reason the web player doesn't work by the way, is because it uses flash,
which isn't directly accessible for with voice-over on the Mac. You might be
able to get some very basic functionality with playing music on Spotify web
player, if you download flash. This might just let you play
The web player does work. It's a little quirky but people seem to give up on
it to soon. I can't say I like it very much, and I personally don't care that
much for spotify. However, I've used it. Make sure you have something
selected before you hit play such as a track or station
available here in Greece.
So, I signed up, downloaded the spottify client only to discover that it is
almost totally inaccessible.
Then, I tried the web player, but no matter what I do, I can't get any sound
out of it.

Yup it sucks doesn't it? Would love to use Spotify as a music lover but
can't due to the stupid accessibility or lack of it thereof on the
desktop platforms. Can't stand listening to music on the iPhone with its

I find that Rhapsody on the iPhone is much more accessible than Spotify. I also
use Rhapsody on the Windows side but have not tried it with the Mac. I am

I don't have a play option that I can see. All I can do is use my
vision to double tap one song. That one song will play. But the next
one won't.

How are you using Spotify on the Mac via the mouse pointer? I can do
this on windows via the Jaws curser, but haven't been able to do it on
the Mac. I am going to instal Spotify on my virtual machine just so
that I can use it on my computer since I do love it on the iPhone.

What if anyone can set up a petition to get Spotify on the Mac
accessible? I know some of you are more into this petition-stuff,
therefore I'm asking others to do that :)

Hi again.
When I select an artist, and press play, it plays all the songs thats
listed, so I'm not sure what you're doing wrong.
One of the purposes of Spotify is playlists. Make a playlist of the
songs you want, and then ith shall play.

I downloaded spotify for the Mac and foudn it completely inaccessible.
It had been a little accessible on windows . But then I tried it on
windows. Spotify updated itself and became completely inaccessible on
windows. I use Napster using the web interface on the Mac which is
