We have found we have had to employ rate limiting to Yahoo (and a a few
others). They seem sensitive not so much to total volume, but to sending rates
from low-volume senders like us.

You might want to look at any other customers from the same or nearby IP ranges
that aren’t sending transactional email?

Recently in the past one week we observed below delivery issues at Yahoo
ISP.
1 ) TSS04 delivery issue. ( Known for some time now ) - With dedicated

We recently saw that "S3150" on 3 IPs part of 3 larger netblocks.
For all of them we opened a ticket and they "mitigated the IP": I
tried collecting more info to no avail, of course :-( .
Weird thing is at least one of them has always been *green* on SNDS
and had not abuse reports at all in the re
