So far as I know the 15w50 is still good to use. I've found a source of
the 5w40 Turbo Diesel Truck so I use that now. Costs ~6 a quart

Had it up on jack stands so the rear tires spun free and could not
get the drive shaft to spin, so with it in neutral I started the
car and slowly let out the clutch. Wheels would not spin

4-speed is misbehaving and the starter can't be engaged.
There was one year or two where the draconian USDOT laws required
some really heinous hand-holding, such as an engine that couldn't
run with the hood up, etc. (Or was
I recently grenaded the turbo in my 300TD and need another, either for donor
parts, or to do a direct swap. It needs to be a Garrett T3 (not a KKK), so
let me know if you've got a good serviceable unit, or a core.
