OK, who has done door switches on a W220? Roger? It's newer than anything I own. The W124 rocker switches just popped out of the center console wood and were easily disassembled by prying the rockers loose from their pivots (inside a baggie if you didn't want to lose springs and contacts).

[MBZ] W116 AC compressor, same as W123?

The compressor in my W116 seems to be siezed solid. I cannot turn it at all by hand. Also telling is that the AC belt was not among the belts that had been removed and placed to the side when the PO's mechanic removed the crankshaft balancer. Also the #3 fuse air conditioner automatic is blown.
