In my opinion nothing beats a Mac tube amp driving a pair of Klipsch LaScala
fronts and Heresy's for the rear. Nice warm sound from the amp and crisp
sound reproduction through the whole range as Klipsch is well known for.

The compressor in my W116 seems to be siezed solid. I cannot turn it at
all by hand. Also telling is that the AC belt was not among the belts
that had been removed and placed to the side when the PO's mechanic
removed the crankshaft balancer. Also the #3 fuse air conditioner
automatic is blown.

Sounds like plugged fuel filter mode kicked in.
Either that, or it's been driven with a blown head gasket until it barely runs.
