i agree completely. I can only add that the logic of changing the fluid in a transmission is akin to changing the oil in an engine. No one ever suggests that replacing the oil in an engine is a bad thing. I fail to see how doing the same to a transmission could cause damage. re the people w

Worked on the R129 this morning to see why the headlight washers were nonfunctional. Been this way since I got the car, but not something I've had time to investigate. Had the passenger side headlight out to get at the wiper motor. It's toast, which explains why if it's powered up both wipers
