Today around noon on the south beach of Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis, Hennepin County I enjoyed a single American White Pelican wading on the beach. While watching it 4 Snow Buntings flew in to the beach between us, certainly an unlikely combination I wasn't expecting to see today!
