I think the correct way/time to clear these is via drop
table in dbcheck.cpp, and the correct time is just after 0.18
is released.

had similar errors on one machine, and got around them by
upgrading DBSchemaVer (in the database settings table) to 1081.
In my case, I suspect the problem was caused by mythtv-setup,
the frontend, or the dattabase crashing half way through the
schema upgrade.
