Have I set it up wrong or does MythWeb only highlight programs that are recording/scheduled etc. for encoder 1? I recently added a second capture card (which is working great) but I notice that when I schedule something that uses the second card no highlighting is done on the program_listing page

Alas, Avermedia will only take their card back after 14 days. To save others some hassle, I don' recommend using the m179. When I had it running under windows, the picture quality wasn't real good, and I think the PVR150 from hauppauge must be easier to get working, and it's about the same price

How are you loading the driver. Chances are, if you didn't set it, it's being autodetected. Copy and paste the kernel messages from the command dmesg between the START and END IVTV lines. You can set the resolution with ivtvctl, but if you just change the recording profiles in MythTV to 720x480,
