Does anybody know the web page for the updates mirror list? It should be
something like www.linux-mandrake.com/mirrorsfull.list but it does not
exist.
Thanks,
Tony.

Hi guys,
Whats the easiest MLM (mailing list manager) with Mandrake?
I have used minorfish/minordomo in the the past with success, but I don't
need the hassles of that fiddly an install.
I was hoping for an rpm i install and then change a couple of lines in a
config somewhere and off we go..

Most likely you don't have bios set to load from cd as first boot device.

Hi all.
I just checked on www.europe.creative.com for a linux driver for their gfx
card: 3D Blaster 4 Titanium 4400 and it came back blank, no drivers available.
Am I correct in assuming this card can use nVidia drivers ok on Linux and if
so, can anyone suggest how they got this card to work
Nope. I meant it to go to the list but must have had the wrong box
checked in Pegasus. I'll take care of it here and now, in fact.
The only correction I want to make is that installing the LAN card was
unnecessary, once I found the built in ethernet port on the back of the
box. It was hiding

I tried Tom's suggestion and tried installing from the

I'm reasonably confident that the ISO image I

There's part of the rub. I don't have a win98 license, and I don't intend

My experience with win4lin is that everything works, but not necessarily very
well. For example with Quicken certain functions work normally, while others
are *lots* slower than under Windows. (Possibly because my Quicken files are
very large. Others may not experience a problem)

Maybe due to the upgrade in Gnome, something has happened to your Gnome
config file (corrupted?). Try while not logged into yourself in Gnome to
