you to enter a key on your clients - they will activate because of the KMS.
So, you can get the TechNet media and install it on your clients, and provided
that you get your KMS stood up within the grace period,

I usually go with around 150MB. Keep in mind that on a 32bit box you want the
cumulative size of all your event logs to be =300MB. You should size your app
and system logs accordingly as well.
Also note that the policy will not shrink logs if you have them bigger than
your new maximum.
On the AV, check the AV scanning log and see if it is grabbing files.
If your web pages are delivered via content from a database make sure
your AV isn't grabbing your database. AV (any AV) with it's grubby
paws grabbing (scanning) a database will pretty much ruin your
afternoon.
