I have changed the issue to invalid because I can't reproduce it.
Default for ctrl-d is "Edit - Selection List" and when I customize it to
"Edit - Fill down" everything works as expected.
This issue had the 3.4_release_blocker flag set to "?" but it would have
been never a release blocke
