hi roger I must say that VMware until version 6.0.2 does not support openSUSE 10.3 as host or guest. So to get it working, you will have to upgrade to VMware 6.0.1 at least. It must be understood however that even the version 6.0.2 and 6.0.1 have only the EXPERIMENTAL support for openSUSE 10.3
