Hi there,
Alejandra, there is a sysconfig setting that allows you to store attachments
not in DB but in filesystem, where are much easier to delete. It's at Ticket

OTRS 2.4.7 (and below) doesn't correctly sort tickets if multiple pages are
shown. To demonstrate this, pick a view showing more than one page of tickets
and note that the 1st page is sorted by priority (Down) then Age (Up). Go to
the next page and the default sort order of Age (Up) alone will t

I would be greatly interested in the remove attachment feature. Since some of
the attachments the users send aren't useful, it would be great if we could
just delete them and not make the database any bigger.
If you can't share your code is there a chance you could tell where to

I have nothing against giving our code.
The only point is that I will not be the one who will develop that code and can
not force him to do so (but I will propose) :)

Try and let me know.

Hi,
I want to set any mailreply having a @mycompany.com mailaddress as Type
email-internal, sendertype: agent. To do so, I declared a "Postmaster

What are your terms of use? Do we have to provide our code back or is it just
"open source, take it and do what you want with it".
Just to be sure :)
Thanks
