When you try to create a new user do you get an error?
Could it be possible that you have restrictions for the OTRS url in
you're apache config?

combi. Because if you can you could see if there is a session open?
Otherwise you can restart OTRS completely and try to login after that.

In the otrs/bin directory you can find a perl script,
otrs.chechModules. Run it from the command line and this will show you
if you have all you modules installed.

for field and press Search.
Then al users added should show up. OTRS does not query the database
by it self, you have to query it by means of inserting a search string
into the search field.

I have had the same issue. And there is a difference between you're
error and you're logging on the index.pl.
The error says [EMAIL PROTECTED] password no and the logging for index.pl
says [EMAIL PROTECTED] with password root.

Since a few days I am not able to create a ticket from email picked up
by the POP3 account. When I execute POP3Master.pl it says that it
cannot handle a ticket priority of NULL and cannot create the entry in
the database.
I think the solution will be to set a default priority of

We run Linux servers as well as Windows servers. But we installed on
Windows. There could be commands in the backup.pl used from linux that
are available on Windows. So that's why I asked. But I'll figure it
