Depending on the construction of the metal release, it can be much better. I have four
different metal releases. They all have different flexibilities. The only problem with

I've been agonizing to pick one up or not... I like to shoot the auto races
and I find the multisensor AF on my ZX7 to be a hinderence in tracking and
keeping focus of the cars.. I give up and manually focus... Does

I bought an Winder LX with my first LX and loved it. Later, I obtained a
motor drive and two refurbished battery packs. It was fun for a while, but
recharging the batteries got to be old. Kept having "senior moments" and
forgetting to recharge. I don't use it any more. I bought a second
