This is my 6 months old grandaughter Karla. I shot it indoors yesterday
afternoon with my SONY DSC F717.
Handheld at 1/30sec., fully open aperture and no flash.
I'm quite impressed with that small 5MP camera.

Well, finally I seem to be getting the hang of this digital thing. I have

I have also discovered the virtues of using the FAJ 18-35mm lens, and have

Yes, LA does have a downtown, although most Angelenos don't go there.
And while most of what I shot during my last trip to lala land is
mountains, flowers, beaches, and bikinis, I shot a few things downtown
as well. This was from the roof of the Standard Hotel at twilight.
