I see we're going to have to go over the proper PDML procedure here. First discern there is an issue. Frame a question to the PDML and post it. Then decided while waiting for a reply to check Google, Yahoo, Ask, (yes each search engine get's worse), until finally trying Bing, not the worst

The interface isn't good compared to the best software, but it's good compared to Vuescan. I tend to like the fact that settings return to base after each individual scan. That way I'm always starting from the same point. I have no hanging problems, but I'm using the latest scanner and software
