Hi Michael, Press F1 and F4 at the same time and then press only one of them. It should take you out of that mode where they’re both locked. Alternatively, you can Command=click the Shuffle button and then do the same as in pressing either the F1 or F4 keys or clicking on the respective buttons

do they have that system for acoustic guitars yet? I don't believe Melodyne Editor is accessible. Melodyne Single Track is accessible on the PC side, with some rather extensive hotspot clicker sets and Jaws, but that only corrects monophonic material. Best to just get the instrument properly

Yes, intonation at the bridge may be the issue. However, if you are having trouble with basic chords in the first few frets, I'm willing to bet the problem is incorrectly filed nut slots. There will always be things that sound a little odd in equal temperament tuning - the major 3rd for example
