Ok, so i listen to the Protools with speech tutorial and they’re talking about
making markers, so i think hmm, that sounds easy enough let’s try. I go into
pro tools and try to precition edit to a point where i can put a first marker
down and guess what? i can’t nudge a single
last thing, in order for the numeric entry and nudging from the numeric
key pad to work, the Edit window needs to be open. It doesn't have to be the
frontmost window but it does at least have to be open.

TOols or Reaper presets dialog in the plug in it probably wont reconize the
xml file as i believe the DAW's may store them in their own format.
