Hi all
I just seen a great demo of TheBlack Box's inworld mesh tool in SL -
stunning simple to use and opensource too.
Basicaly one places a few prims the way the mesh should look and then
the tool turns out a collada file.
It is still under development, but it might be something that would be
gre
effects with materials and textures?

Despite scene upload via console workes fine, scene upload via naali
resists to work on my setup. On the server I have the following

I tried to set up an audio stream in Taiga 0.1.3 using the opensime
parcel media settings without any success. Did i do something wrong,

IMHO it would be maybe awsome if audio streams could be set like
mediaurl's or even nicer like the sound properties of an o

Finaly I found a cool solution for that timeout issue - getting rid of
ADSL and switching to Fiber :-)
The Internet will be completly fiber based in the near future anyhow.

2 good questions: it sounds like your taiga installation goes to an
empty MySQL database, while the 0.5 server uses the sqlite database.
About the bots: AFAIK they are based on meshes like an avatar, but i

I can just agree with Peter and hope that this might be possible in a

I got a funny thing too in taiga with the 3d meshes:
I made a statue consisting of 2 meshes in blender and uploaded it,
using viewer 0.42
Then i rezzed to cubes and assigned them the meshes and textures.
All worked like a charm so far.
But when i logged in with naali the lower part of th

I do the same apprach as Alberto described.
I am quite happy with this approach except that ATM i cant move the
meshes into a subfolder in viewer 0.42
and would wish that i could get the mesh and the corresponding
textures into a seperate folder for each
model to avoid a massive clutter wh
same port.
Is there a setting where this could be configured ?
