To put it briefly: If it don't need breakin', don't fix it. There's no compelling reason to go to XFS, or JFS, or Reiserfs. If ext3 works for you, use it. I've found problems with each of the other fs types, on "some" machines. ext3 is stable. JMHO-YMMV Ric

Hi, list! I deleted everything in /tmp and I was able to get Metro-X to work with the FontPath set for unix:/7100 but not unix:/-1. When I use the XFree86 4.0 server XF86_SVGA, it won't recognize unix:/7100 or unix:/-1. Any alternatives or work arounds for that? --Brian ___
