Hi all,
New here.
I've just had RT 4.0.5 set up by a third party company. I did not install it
myself.
RT is not allowing automatic creation of new (unprivileged) users; they are
returned an email with RT could not load a valid user.
I've had a search around; am I right in thinking the command:
of new (unprivileged)
users - what is the command?
