Well, silver will absorb X-Rays, but the quantity in CS once diluted in the
body should not have any observable effect. I have never heard of any problem
(or even it being discussed at all) with X-Rays and CS personally.

The volume of water in your production cell is directly related to the
time it will take to reach a particular ppm concentration of silver.
I believe that a 3 second rate for polarity switching would make the
process so inefficient that it would not work very well. Which, I

the colloidal component precipitates out, leaving only the ionic
component which is clear. Of course what you end up with is really no
longer CS, but ionic silver solution without the CS conponent.

What you need is called a breadboard. They are fairly easy to use once you
understand the concept. See link. I dont know which two leads you short,
might need to experiment. A multimeter would come in handy.
