Have you checked the setting: Resync Periodic under Provisioning?
This setting will cause the phone to check every hour for new

Looks good, we are looking forward to see this work, so we can discard our
asterisk which does the queues at this moment.
Any ideas yet on how to make the agent status and supervisor windows look like?
I really like the functionality it currently has, like spying and viewing
queues etc.
