It all now appears to be working. I think the main issue was with me not being accurate enough with the name of the HDD I was mounting. Also, Samba wasn't installed so that didn't help either. Many thanks to those who have helped me, especially KIDSTYPIKE (the new server works great, thanks) &

@muggo Paul, if you feel that your realy need a faster (slightly) rpi thyen the 3b+ from kydstypike is the one. LMS will run on your othe rpi, just a bit slower. I would still like the model # please. It's also possible to install LMS on an O2 joggler (external usb stick is best for this).

I'm running 7.9xx on Odroid hardware but I'm having to reboot it much too often so I'm overdue for an upgrade I imagine. The issue is my Radio loses Wi-Fi signal but a Putty reboot sorts it out straight away. I don't have performance issues so would prefer to keep the Odroid rather than upgrade
