Dopo la leggera correzione dell'incrocio ora su OSRM recita Girare
leggermente a destra su SP77, il che mi fa pensare che anche sul Garmin
verrà indicata la svolta... però effettivamente è un forzare il dato

QLandkarteGt sait faire cela. Il suffit d'utiliser une carte au format Garmin
crée à partir de la base OSM.

画像のずれに関してですが、ある地図作成会社の人と話す機会がありました。
大震災後に東北地方を精密に測定したということでずれについて貴重な意見を
いただきました。太平洋側が震災前と比較し最大４・５メートルほど東にずれている
ということです。
震災後の画像データではなければGPSを用いるほうがよいかもしれません。
