Dobbiamo definire bene che cosa intendi. Io faccio percorsi cicloturisti,
utilizzando traccie e non routing in tempo reale, con un GPS Garmin.
Tu parli, mi sembra di uno smartphone. Non conosco i software per
smartphone. Poi il sito che citi mescola routing offline su computer e
routing in tempo
Nel caso invece vi servisse solo un navigatore smartphone per bici io ne ho
provato uno notevole: BikeCityGuide. Non hanno ancora tutte le mappe ma se
gliele chiedete le mettono a disposizione.

1. 既存の建物データをどう作業するのか
鯖江の既存建物データについてですが、
主に僕と久保田さんが基盤地図をトレースして描かれたものが一部入っています。
少し乱暴なのですが、基データは都市計画図も基盤地図もほぼ同じですし、
既存の建物データは一旦全て削除し、インポートできないかと考えています。
もちろん、building=yes(とsource)以外のタグが付いているものについては残しておき、手動でマージする必要があります。
少なくとも僕の描いた分については、誤って基盤地図25000をトレースしてしまっていたということもあり、削除します。

then do a lookup and subistite, or add, the Wikidata ID.
It isn't that easy to add Wikidata ID's with a script. Wikipedia
articles often describe more than

Nice idea. I guess overpass is another great tool tgat could be used to
retreive data.
Wikipedia tags left as is? Absolutely. This is a data creation thing only.
We wouldn't remove or change any existing tags.
I speak theoretically of course. At the moment this is just an idea, hoping
to spark
