OSM should act as a consultant to data consumers. Whenever a mistake like
this is spotted, we should try to contact the data consumer and help repair
the misinterpretation. I think nothing more is needed.
We should also make it easier for data consumers to interpret data

Yes, I would class this as a rendering error on Craigslist's part, not a
data error on OSM's part. It sounds like the code is checking for the
presence of the oneway tag, where it should be checking for the presence of
oneway=yes.

En als de BAG niet overeenkomt met het formele Straatnaambesluit,
bijvoorbeeld a.g.v. een typfout? Volgens mij prevaleert dan het Besluit
en moet de BAG worden bijgewerkt. Het is dus niet voldoende om alleen de
BAG te raadplegen - je moet het Straatnaambesluit bij de gemeente
opvragen.
